A refund or exchange may be requested only if the product received is damaged upon delivery, the incorrect item has been delivered, or an item from the order is missing.

Notification Period

Customers must notify us of any issue within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Return Conditions & Processing

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and unworn, returned in its original packaging, and include all original components, tags, and accessories. Approved exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection. Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 working days following approval.

  • Items not returned in original condition and packaging
